If I think I have no time I jump as long as possible as fast as possible to very fast music. My record is 11 min nonstop πŸ’ͺ

Day 2 in the book ...

Usualy I dont like to follow a workout from video BUT this one was so funny, music choice cool, the talk a kind of "trash talk" to keep my mind busy and I forgot the pain and that I am after round 4 tired.
