Which is longer - 1 min squat hold or 1 min rest? My brain tells me one thing, my legs another. Week 4 started.

Always Joe. Did my best push up total today as well. 83 over the 4 rounds. Started the year doing modified push ups on my knees - goes to dhow consistency pays off.

Just keep at it and don't get frustrated. My double unders are rubbish - feels like have been half whipped to death most of the time.

I'm loving the Power Plyo Workouts. Challenging week - those shorter tabata style routines are harder than they look! Have a great weekend all and bring on week 4.

It's down to what you're comfortable using. I tend to go for lbs as you can see changes weekly. Hopefully more down than up! Also easier to use if you want to calculate BMI etc.

Carl Harrower I went from 235lbs to about 194lbs over about 3 months. Clean eating and jump rope 5 times a week. Do a fair bit of walking over the weekends. If you put your mind to it you can drop weight pretty quickly.

Carl Harrower I started back in 2021 - going well till I caught Covid around Xmas that year. Struggled through 2022 but managed to kick on again from about Feb this year. I love the JRD programmes - they suit any age and any fitness, you just need to be consistent. I'm always messing up - never worries me, kust keep at it!
