No more Caribbean jumping โ€ฆ. for now! I had the opportunity to jump at Mayan Riviera, Isla Cozumel, and Cancun. Today I am back in my basement with snow and ice outside! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿฅถ
Also, another never have I ever! Lost weight while on a 3 week all inclusive vacation! It was only one pound but I usually gain 3-5 lbs! I owe it to my intermittent fasting nutrition plan, jump rope (almost) daily, scuba diving, and beach walking. Life is great as a JRoD!

Power Plyo Week 2 day 1 has been completed. After a nice swim in the sea this morning, a good workout was required. Now itโ€™s off to the spa for an hour of hydro therapy of a different sort! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Second round of PP W1 is in the books. The best thing about JRD is the massive improvements in endurance, strength and agility it has given me. I do pool activities everyday in addition to jumping and Iโ€™m getting complements all the time about how impressed people are with all that I can do. Two years ago that would never have been the case. Yesterday a young fellow (mid 30s) asked if I would mind if he asked how old I was. I told him I was 63 and he couldnโ€™t believe it. He jumped out of his chair and gave me a high five. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ˜ŽThanks JRD community and especially Dan for all that I am getting from this program!

Life is tough here, but Iโ€™m getting the thing done! Did a beach walk today, aqua spin, swimming in the ocean, re-started doing the Plyo workouts, and ended it all with a 1 hour hydrotherapy session. ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Hey D & Dโ€™s! Ngl to you, Iโ€™ve been lazy about checkin in, but I have been at it! Just did a great JR ABS wod with Brandon, going through the workout library waiting to start a new program. Might do SN next and see if I can match Doug!

Wow, these 1 minute sets are not all that easy! Especially a 1 minute squat hold; the last 10 sec really killed! But we got through it all once again. Have a great day doin the thing!

Finally! But by coming back slowly, my hip has completely healed as I continue to strengthen it. Man, these workouts are such burners! I know what exercises I will be doing in the Caribbean next month at my all inclusive resorts!

What an awesome workout today. I love it. I had my cardio in zone 5 for a lot of this wod so am really happy. And no aches or pains in the hip! Yippee ๐Ÿฅณ
