I did the right WOD today (SS W4-1) and felt great. Rolling out and stretching did wonders and no more muscle pain today. Bit the week has just started. Do the thing!

My exercise partner and I went for a 6km walk in the snow today. Legs are starting to feel back to normal. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings. Have a great day!

Tomorrow I will be back on schedule after my samurai mix up earlier this week. But with the jumping and leg work this week it feels like I’m just starting to skip again. Muscles are complaining but best part is is no shin splints so I guess I’m ready for this hard core jumping stuff! And yes Steve and Joe, I am doing lots of rolling and stretching! I’m doing the thing!

Wow, that much skipping with weighted ropes is challenging! Did a lot of calf stretching between sets of jumps. And I’m feeling muscles that never complained before! 😂 Have a great day doing the thing!

I realized today why my workout yesterday seemed a bit off …. I mixed up my Samurai and Ninja! So I actually did Swole Samurai W3-D1 today and got a bonus Ninja workout in yeasterday. 😂

That was a tough way to start off the week! Couldn’t quite make 3 min of uninterrupted jumping but did my best. Did the full push up count except I did knee p/ups the last set! My left shoulder started really complaining so I did the knee ups. Have a great day doing the thing and Happy New Year!

I feel much better about today. Just plain old vanilla regular jump. I can do that well! Ima keep on doin the thing! 😅

Great workout today! But I don’t know if I need to be overwhelmed or just confused. Is it even possible to do 15 Bulgarian split squats / leg in 20 sec? I did 15 each circuit but only 1 leg. We’re we doing 40 walking lunges or front lunges. I did front lunges but could only get in 12 per leg in the Rx time. Good news is I was able to do the air squats and jumping squats consistently in the Rx times and loved the 2 min jumps, 300 each time. I’ve come so far! 😅

Set a new PB with he ½ lb rope today. I did 330 in 2:18 😅. Lots of fun so for doing the SS thing!

I thought it was time for something new ….. and then I started seeing all the posts about Swole Samurai program. Turns out the objectives of this program align well with my own fitness objectives so I’m in! Let’s see where this takes me while I’m doing the thing!
