Wow, I guess I forgot how hard the Power Plyo workouts are. I just finished M1W1D3 and I nearly killed me! 😅I haven’t been nauseous doing a workout since I don’t know when but I was today. And it wasn’t from drinking! I don’t drink. 😂🏝️😎💪🏼Keep having a great week all.

Hola from Cancun, Mexico! I started off today on round two of the Power Plyo program and man was it hard! I know for sure though that I really prefer the programs where Dan is actually doing the workout with us and throwing out encouragement all the way. Workouts are definitely boring without Dan nattering (in a good way!) throughout it. Love you Dan! Thanks!

Just completed the 4000 jumps of JRDB M3D4 workout using my 6 oz purple rope. Another first for me that I did in 38 min. Man, is the sweat ever pouring off of me now! 😅Have a great weekend all!

Just finished JRDB M3W3D3 and am sweating pretty good now. 😅 I decided to use the 6 oz purple rope for the entire week. It doesn’t sound like much of an additional weight but I sure feel it. 💪🏼Have a great day doing the thing!

Welcome back Kari! I’m originally from Calgary but am now in Ottawa. I know that you can do this; you’ve already shown this with JRD MAX. And for what it’s worth, I have arthritis in my feet, knees, and hands and jump rope does not bother me at all! Have fun doing the thing!
