That 6AM start time for work is a doozy. As Dan talks about quite a bit, it's about habit creation. So I would say pick a time that you can make it happen and stick with it until it becomes just what you do in the same way you brush your teeth or take a shower or go to work. Don't overthink it. The workouts are usually only a half hour or so, right? Sure, you'll still get derailed from time to time whether it's by a health problem or some other life event, but start there. And as Joe says, make your days off two of your workout days, for sure!Ā

I still find doing the 1-pounder for any longer than 30 seconds at a time is really difficult. I just keep trying and eventually, you get stronger and it gets easier. But they are tough!

I love the WODs. Will likely go back to them once I finally finish JRD Max.
