Also--you have to remember that you can always adjust and do whatever you want. The biggest key is to just be consistent. So if you want to repeat a week until you feel like you're ready to conquer the following one, just repeat that week. When I first started trying jumprope workouts, I did the beginner workouts over and over again until I didn't feel like a beginner anymore and was ready for a bigger challenge. So just do you! And you are a badass, no matter what you choose! : )

Now that you don't need it, can I borrow your pull-up band? Haha. Nice work!

Sometimes you're going to eat some ice cream, so don't beat yourself up about it! Have a great vacation!

Thanks, Steve! I've been crushing the workouts, as you know, but haven't been focused on eating in a deficit at all this whole calendar year so far. Has been fun to see that I can kinda eat whatever I want (within reason--but wow I love pizza) and maintain my current weight with this exercise regimen. But now I'm re-focusing on losing a few more pounds and flattening this belly out as much as I can get it, so putting all the info into MyFitnessPal just helps me be mindful of everything I'm putting into my mouth. You're right that once it's a habit, I won't have to do it anymore. But it's helpful for now!
