There's a jumprope and dumbbells workout with Dan that i like that's included here in the "upper body" section, I think. I do that one often.

I'm sure you know this already, Chanda, but just in case not: I started by doing negative pull-ups. I would stand on a chair in front of my pull-up bar, step off of it holding the bar and then lower myself as slowly as I could to the ground. It helped a lot!
