Ooooooh man I am not ready for winter. In Vermont I can exercise in my basement, but when I'm in NYC (which I am about a week per month), not sure what I'm going to do. I don't think my downstairs neighbors would appreciate me jumping indoors haha.

Thanks for calling this out, Brandon! I often forget to go look for the Mindset Monday videos because they're kinda far down the screen. You guys should move them up and make them more prominent so we don't miss them. I just watched this and will give it a try. Seems a good way to start the day on a positive note, for sure!
