Finished M1W1 second time through. 15-lbs on day 1 and 20-lbs for days 3 and 5. Feeling strong and making some dietary changes to lose a little gut fat this time. It’s almost shirtless running season and need to rep for us daddy types lol. 💪💪❤️❤️

Did Day 3 of Month 1 of the Dumbbell program using the 20-pound weights with a 2,000 skip warm-up before working out with Dan. My legs are TOAST, but in a good way. Feel the burn! Let's get it, peeps.

Just started second time through the dumbbell program. Also usually adding extra skips to get at least 4,000 skips. 5,500 today. Let’s goooooo! 💪💪💪

Feeling strong after completing the dumbbell program just now. So many improvements—some of them small but noticeable for me. Thanks, Dan! I look forward to doing this one again but upping the weight a smidge.

3rd time through the month 3 dumbbell workouts and it’s that Day 3 that kills me for some reason! On the bright side, I’m crushing side raises with good form with 15lb weights which is a huge improvement I’ve made by doing this program. Can’t wait to do it with 20-pounders!

Midday walk this afternoon after having finished my first time through the month 3 dumbbell workouts. Getting a foot of snow here in Vermont tomorrow. Yikes! ❄️❄️❄️

Day 4 of month 3 of the dumbbell program. Ended at about 4,500 skips but kept going to get 6,000. Nothing will keep me jumping more than not wanting to work on a Monday morning haha. ❤️🤓💪

Finally starting Month 3 of dumbbells w/Dan. Last two weeks were a whirlwind of dealing with family stuff unexpectedly and then adding to the fun by having to have a root canal. But I was always doing the thing! I just wasn't in a place with my dumbbells! But i always have my ropes, and did a ton of push-ups and jumping. But I missed our buddy Dan! Glad to be back on the program.
