I’ve been finding it useful to ask myself that question as I start every workout. Today I wanted to be the guy who did 400 double-unders in the Tabata workout and I did it. For anyone starting out and finding these workouts hard…they are! So do what you can. And then push a little past that next time. We got this!

Started my week 7 of SN but my right pec is very sore. Was not going to get through those push-ups without hurting it so I did a January workout from last Wednesday with all the speed skaters and burpees. Awwwwww yeah! Tough one!!! Let’s goooooo! 💪💪💪❤️❤️❤️

Major progress in the pull-up and chin-up department today! That felt good. Considering last spring I could do zero pull-ups and zero chin-ups, I did 25 inverse pull-ups and 25 regular chin-ups during this workout today. Awwwww yeah. Also...10 rounds of 2-minutes of jumping? No problem! Feeling it! Let's get it, friends!

Week 5 Day 5 shredded ninja done. Legs are quivering! 2022 will have been the year I lost over 25 pounds and got the lean physique I’ve always wanted. 2023 will be about leveling it up and fine-tuning, getting that 6-pack, and just feeling stronger all the time. Let’s gooooooooo! ❤️❤️💪💪😎😎✌🏻✌🏻

…whenever you think how amazing you are for NEVER messing up anymore that you immediately trip on your rope? Ha. Luckily I then have Dan and Brandon’s voices in my head saying, “Don’t worry about mess-ups!”

Frigid and icy here in Vermont where I am till mid-January. Didn’t feel like working out today but was there ever a question about whether I would do it anyway? No there was not! And now I feel great as always after a great sesh. Let’s get it!!

Ran 1.5 miles to this pull-up bar in Prospect Park on a 28-degree morning here in Brooklyn and then the 1.5 mikes back home. Didn’t feel like doing this in the cold but always tell myself you don’t achieve goals by NOT doing stuff, right? So…week 3 day 3 shredded ninja done! Let’s get it! ❤️✌🏻😎
