W2D1. Gassed! Did 15 more push-ups than when I did this a month ago. Hate push-ups, but as Dan says: Best way to get better at push-ups is…by doing push-ups. ❤️😄👍🏻💪

W1D5 done. Def did better than when I did this one last month. 12 good push-ups each time, went for 8 jumping lunges on each leg, 25 doubles each time. This is definitely one of those workouts where my mantra was, “No thinking. Just do what Dan says.” Embracing my inner himbo haha. ❤️🤓😄
