Way to goooooo! And yes, the leg workouts often are for me too the ones that keep me sore for the longest for some reason. But usually a good kind of sore!

No, I did not. Not even close lol. Best I did both today and yesterday was 55. I have done 80 with a lighter rope (this video is with the crossrope 1/4-pound) but couldn’t get in a rhythm with the lighter one this week and kept messing up. I’ll try again next week!! Happy weekend, friends!
