Just finished Week 4 of Shredded Ninja. I had not done pistol squats for a while and boy did I forget how bad at them I am haha. Hope everyone is doing the thing and having a great day! Excited to see the new month-long program next week! Woo-hoo!

Woohoo! First video! I wasn't able to do it when I tried last week but I'll try again soon. For someone who is only beginning, you look like you are crushing it and even adding in some moves! Way to go!

I like to point out I could do zero double unders a year ago. So do what you can do and you will always improve! Youโ€™re doing awesome!

Glad it's going well! And yes, I am finding that SN is pretty punishing! I thought I'd ace the first few weeks having just done JRD Max, but obviously that's not the case! As long as we are pushing ourselves and improving, that's what we can do!ย

Back doing Shredded Ninja again. Just did week 2 day 3. Doing DUs multiple times for 30 seconds is no joke. Went for 40 every time. Sometimes only got 35, but got 50 once which felt amazing. New benchmark! Totally gassed now. Howโ€™s it going for you, April Barton ?
