Congrats, Kevin! It’s always encouraging when folks notice changes. This always gives me more motivation than when the scale goes down. 🤙🏻

Joe, good work. I’ll be starting back after a month long hiatus from a foot injury. 🤙🏻

Anyone happen to know if we are able to use JRD TV on at least two platforms? I can sign into my Roku TV but it has everything locked. I am able to login on the web and my iPhone. I’m adding a TV to my garage so I no longer have to use my laptop, so I’m hoping this is something I can get resolved. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Maybe it’s a simple user error.

Dan, I'm not sure if you can see the chat next to the screen. So folks may have to type in the comments.
Dan, I can’t thank you enough for sharing your struggles with us. It’s powerful when folks are open about their mental health. It really helps break the stigma and provides hope for others. I say this because professionally I work as a counselor in the Army and I continue to work through my own mental health. Continue to stay the course, brother. So many of us in this community have had our lives changed because of you, so thank you for your commitment. Please remember to practice self-care and step away when needed. You have value and a purpose. 🤙🏻

JRD family,

A few weeks ago a dropped a note that I tore my labrum. That’s still the case but I was blessed off to continue jumping. The only caveat is to stop if my shoulder begins to hurt. Thankfully, this isn’t typically the case.

I go to the orthopedic in July. Military medicine is super slow but grateful to eventually see what they decide for me.

I’ll have to opt out of things like pull ups, push ups, and any sort of over head work outs. Grateful to still to Do the Thing and follow my peeps on here.

I’ve been experiencing shoulder and bicep pain for over a year. A MRI showed today that I have two tears in my shoulder, one including a torn labrum. I’ll be getting a consult from an orthopedic to see what they plan on doing for my recovery.

I will find out if jumping is allowed but I have a feeling they may recommend against it. I’m definitely bummed. 😔
