got to the 1/2 way mark in the 15k in 15 days challenge. i upped my count today from 1500 to 3000. personal record of 400 skips in a row. kinda fun.

for a while hahahha been doing jrd workouts for 9 months straight. love em. but switching to a 90 day weight lifting program, then i'll get back to jumping (probably swole sammy again).

HOWEVER... i did get 1500 skips in for the 15k in 15 day jrd/crossrope challenge. it only took about 12 minutes, 200 skips in a set, about 30 seconds rest in between. amp handles are the coolest.

bpn makes great products. i buy them all the time. but i accidentally ordered Prickly Pear flavored pre-workout and it is the worst tasting thing I have ever had. wow... if you use BPN, don't get it. of course maybe someone likes it. not me. 😝☠️

this has become one of my fave workouts of all time. challenging but there's so much variety in it that it's a lot of fun too. always feel great and really relaxed afterward!

made ladder "rungs" 1, 2, 3 without stopping. first time ive ever gone 3 straight minutes. 4 minute rung i took a break, 5, 4, 3 i took breaks as well. 2, 1 as it finishes i was able to do.

im kickin that things butt right off its face next week.
