Nevertheless Iβve adopted this as my daily goal so today was close between a cross country road trip and a sedentary birthday I ended up at just over 5k steps..
Bey hell if Iβm going to kill my step streak so an late evening walk followed by some light jumping/walking in the living room and BOOM π₯ 10k steps π
Does it matter π€·π»ββοΈ in the long run probably not! From a mindset perspective, HELL YES! Set a target and got it done by whatever was needed..
