Still bouncing back so 30on 10off (x5) is all my calfs and arches of my feet can handle at the moment.. doing 8 sets, with a minute between..
Full disclosure Iβm also doing some resistance training in the evening and that envolves quads, hamstrings and calfβs so that might also play a part πͺπ»
