Hi fam 👋🏻

So today turned out to become a recovery day, tight calf’s! 🤷🏻‍♂️

But knowing I can always swap in a longer morning walk keeps me active I do truely believe walking is the best medicine 🙏🏻

Recently upped the intensity in my workouts but haven’t changed anything in regards to recovery so that’s next 😁

Have a great day all 🙏🏻

So today was another session with total lack of motivation 😔didn’t change the fact that I got it done ✅

These morning where the joy is only from finishing is hard… but it’s scheduled, I’m up so might as well #DoTheThing 🤷🏻‍♂️ ended up with a decent workout anyhow so it’s all good..

Can’t wait for my caps to arrive and give me that +10% endurance 🧢

No better feeling than ending a motivationless workout 😂 so maybe we are motivated on those days just in a different way 😂 you got it done, all that matters 💪🏻

If it’s a big issue maybe try to grip more towards the centre of the grips, then try to see how much more “flex” is needed for the rope to hit his hands 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve experienced this myself a few times but I think it’s because of my grip. Gripping the top of the handles of the metal part, on crossropes, I feel so much more in control of the rope but the knuckles are in a danger-zone when tripping up..

Dame!!!! That’s basically a full blown workout before your JRD Daily 😱 that’s quit amazing 💪🏻 so you feel like the 5 min workout/warm up could do it alone without all the other stuff, to get your body ready to get jumping 🤷🏻‍♂️ would be hard to add in an additional 30 min or so into my mornings.. 😂

Mornings 👋🏻

So today was ALL about going through the motions, no energy, no motivation, NO EXCUSE!

Got it done ✅ not pretty but still it’s 06:00 AM and most probably are still in bed 💪🏻

To my fellow AM jumpers any tricks to wake your body up? It’s 15-20 in to a session for me when my body actually are ready to go!

Start off at 04:55 walking 2,2k with my dog just to get the body moving before my jump rope session.. would love to hear if anybody has a good idea to cut that 20min down to 5min 💪🏻

Have a great day everyone 🙏🏻
