Today got the airways partially opened 🥳 really makes a difference 😁
Tried a 1.500 jump workout, first 800 was done in sets of 200 and rest to the top of the minut. But I’d have 30-45 seconds of rest, so decided to go down to sets of 100, which was almost 45/15 👍🏻
Now a few stretches for the calf’s, hamstrings and quads 😁
