Been under the weather lately (airway infection of anything) so energy and really the capacity to workout have been gone!
Got a short one in today, some is better than none, right!? πŸ™πŸ»
Trying out my new AMP’s and I don’t like them πŸ™ˆ but perhaps it’s just adjusting to the bigger handles (not quite as big as the heavy handles) πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ love the new M-size ropes; DU and Crisscross instantly unlocked πŸ”“
Can’t blame it all on the sickness my fitness have been declining layltely, so looking forward to the December πŸŽ…πŸ» Challenge, gives is all a running start to 2024 πŸ’ͺ🏻 let’s go #DoTheThing

Aletta Armee know the feeling, but it about getting the stomach full on fewer calories, not necessarily eating less πŸ™‚

Two full lettuce heads are about 120 calories so you are free to eat all you can πŸ˜‰

You can’t rely on the data from the scale, it’s simply not accurate enough. That said break out the old measuring tape and track body measurements instead.

Weigh is one metric, but it doesn’t tell the whole story. Even if you stay the same weight, one could loose 3-4 inches of belly fat, and they will look way different. Even if tha scale says they β€˜look’ the same weigh.

And if you still find you aren loosing the body fat, you should lower your caloric intake, or increase exercise πŸ™‚ remember as you loose weight your BMR (basal metabolic rate) will decrease so at some point you have to eat less or move more πŸ™‚
