I’m going to focus on endurance, so I have a few programs selected to follow on the CrossRope app. After I complete those, I plan to do CrossRope’s Beginner Double Under Progression. Then it’s time for Shredded Ninja. I’m excited for that because I purchased Shredded Ninja as a standalone program back in 2018, but I never did anything with it.

Thanks for sharing! I’m with you on the Fast Skip. Boxer Skip is my go to. Run in Place was the second skill I learned years ago after Regular Bounce, but I stopped doing it after I learned Boxer Skip. I struggled with Run in Place throughout this challenge until this week. I definitely plan to incorporate it more often again. It’s great that we’re able to make the challenge work for us!
