Great advice Brandon. I definitely let all my good habits disappear when Iโ€™m ill. Iโ€™ll take your approach on the next round of viruses going around. I had covid in the 2020 peak. Horrible experience!

Hi Kevin Iโ€™m from London England and we get some horrible weather in the winter months. Constantly cold and grey with rain. Iโ€™ve used them in those kind of temperatures and they are fine. Just donโ€™t leave them on the ground once youve jumped as the cold moisture could get into your handles and make them rust. Iโ€™ve never used them in rain and donโ€™t plan to either.

Hi guys

Thought Iโ€™d get the ultra heavy ropes out for today

5lb rope 8 x 30 second rounds

4lb rope 4 x 30 second rounds

At this point Iโ€™m wrecked so to flush everything out I did

1.5lb rope 8 x 30 second rounds

0.75lb rope 5 x 60 second rounds

Have a great weekend everyone. Happy jumping ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Hi guys

I came home from work very tired wasnโ€™t going to bother doing the thing, but after I had my pre workout I was ready to go.

3lb rope 14 x 30 second rounds (new personal best)

1.5lb rope 10 x 30 second rounds

0.75lb rope 3 x 60 second rounds

Now Iโ€™m feeling slightly light headed but I know Iโ€™ll sleep well tonight. Have a great day ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Nice! I always found it hard to hit the 10k steps milestone and itโ€™s time consuming as I would have to plan walking sessions to make it.Iโ€™m just about to go and do the thing with the 3lb,1.5lb and 0.75lb.
I think that wall could have a few more hooks drilled in ready for some new superman hats ๐Ÿงข
