im a 530am start guy,,just a simple warm up moving then onto the 60sec warm up jrd90 and into it..some mornings are good some not so..just try my best to push thru..

hey Steve ,

thank you for this , already tried the tibialis stretch that seems like a winner so thank you.. i will try mix up my bounce a bit more ( those ladder days are killers!) pinning i think you mean acupunture? and also what do you mean being intentional exactly? and yes my calves are an issue , one of the main reasons i took up skipping was to help with sore tight calves and build resistance in them for bball..

hey guys..im wk5 jrd90 and my shins are starting to hurt..do I rest? do I push thru? I skip on a rubber mat..any stretches I should be doing to help

evening all from down under, I'm half way thru week 3 jrd90 challenge had to stop for a week ( last week calf issues ) back on it feeling a ok , first week doing 3 straight days ( ladder days are killers!) off to bed getting rest fir a 4th straight day..getting there slowly..ps where do I find instructions to learn boxer step?
