Almost but not quite. My jumping is good. Idid regular bounce all the way through just so i wouldn't have to think so much. I'm happy with that. And I held all the planks!! Woo-hoo am happy with that!! But i had to pause in my push-ups a bit and couldn't do the last squat hold. It was hurting my knee. Also needed a few secs more rest between circs 3 and 4. But over all I am very pleased. Can't do lunges so did squats instead. Is that a good repalcement?

Had to let my shins rest. Finished day three today. Did not have to pause except in the push-ups for just a sec. I think I'm getting better🤪

I so want to jump 5 days a week but my shin splints just won't let me do consecutive days of jumping. So I'm going back to MWF jumping and TTh weights with walking on the weekend. I really wish I didn't have to do that.  I wanted to finish this workout in the time specified. But I WILL finish.

In day 2 of plyo I  managed to get 52 jumps in 20 secs with the 1/4 lb rope and at the end 52 jumps with the 1/2 lb rope. How about you?

Forgot how hard squat holds were! Twice my hr got up to 170. At that point I can't breath well so had to take 45 sec to 1 min to rest. We both loved it.

Shins are hurting. We'llsee about tomorrow.

Let my fitbit run a little but still good numbers

Last min plan change for Labor Day. Didn't do the thing but will start today. Went inner tubing down the Illinois River instead. Much needed.

Finally. It felt so good. I was actually stronger than I expected to be.

Just watched Dan's short videos on the Crossrope site. I really liked his "Be different. Go jump," phrase. Gonna put it on my 'fridge.                                                  #bedifferentgojump              #dothething
