Had to let my shins rest. Finished day three today. Did not have to pause except in the push-ups for just a sec. I think I'm getting better🤪

I've never had one , but wow! It looks good but I think you are right about the calories. It is possible to gain weight even with healthy food if you are eating too much.

Stefan Søgaard oh Stefan. I'm sorry. It can never be simple can it? I saw where you said fay and protein helped. Do you follow Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube? He promotes the carnivore diet and has a lot of good info there.

I so want to jump 5 days a week but my shin splints just won't let me do consecutive days of jumping. So I'm going back to MWF jumping and TTh weights with walking on the weekend. I really wish I didn't have to do that.  I wanted to finish this workout in the time specified. But I WILL finish.

In day 2 of plyo I  managed to get 52 jumps in 20 secs with the 1/4 lb rope and at the end 52 jumps with the 1/2 lb rope. How about you?
