Up early again to get it done. Today was difficult, I won't lie about that. Had to modify the push-ups to alternate between regular and knee pushups to get them done. Tired but got it done!

Jumping back into it as I fell into bad habits. Wanting to reset and recharge and get back to feeling well both physically and mentally. Early a.m. session before work to truly jump start my day!

Jump Rope Dudes - Dumbbell Program (round 2)!
Finished M1W1 (started on April first)
I'm incorporating heavier weights where I can add well as using the 1/2 pound rope to add more challenge!
Watching what I'm eating, trying to do this round well so I get some good results! I did remember to take a before photo, excited to see what happens at the end!
Do the thing!

Got JRD Dumbbells done - down about 5 lbs, stronger than before especially in my shoulders for disc golf. Taking this week off and starting another round on Monday with heavier ropes and weights! :)

A call to jump! All dudes and dudettes!
Hello community! I've been a long time JRD member! I try to post when I can and I've been keeping up with the new weight program since the beginning of this year.
Dan talks about long-term health and wellness, strength and drive to be well to do what you enjoy and love. I want all those things!
I have a small challenge/request for the community. My Grandma's 100th (yes you read that right!) birthday is this Thursday! She has been active all her life from simple things from walking to gardening. She always wants me (and others) to "be happy and healthy" and "don't fall down!"
This Thursday, would you consider jumping/dedicating 100 jumps for my Grandma for her birthday? To be "happy and healthy" on her day? If you could, that'd be awesome! Even more awesome if you let me know "where in the world" you jumped!

Struggling...
JRDD90 M2W4D3 - don't this a.m.
All, I'm struggling today. Woke up today and the scale went up. Not feeling great, overtired and over exhausted. Did my workout though. Work right now has been hectic. Barely eaten anything today. I just feel like I want to sleep and nothing else. My motivation just isn't there and I'm just at a weird point.
Any recommendations/advice as I head into the evening?

JRDD90 M2W3 completed yesterday!
This week was hard at work so it was rough getting up early but I know if I didn't I'd have no motivation after the work day. I got it done though! After next week and before beginning month 3 I'll see what new totals I have for weight loss, etc. :)
