TJ I was actually thinking of Master with that last response. Platinum is totally within reach!

Love it! It’s good to have goals, even stretch goals. ;-)

In seriousness-would love to get platinum on my belt at least once. I think gold may be within reach this month.

Way to go! That’s a tough one on a day like today in VT. Totally agree that it is hard, but fun. Once you do it, then you know you are capable of doing it again.

Finished JRD’s 15k jumps in 15 days for Crossrope’s AMP. And, I have jumped more than 10,000 jumps this month doing three Shredded Ninja workouts plus an additional 10 minutes of freestyle on my own. Loving the additional stats.

Great job! I have about 2k left to go and expect to complete it tomorrow.

I really like that when I signed up for the challenge it pulled in my stats from the previous two days’ workouts which happened to be in the challenge window.

I had JRD on my iPad and Crossrope on my phone.

Nice work! With 3k jumps a workout you’ll make that 15k in 15 in no time. Just got my handles in. It’s great motivation to see those stats.

I treated myself to AMP handles as a reward for completing JRD Max. I wanted to know how many jumps I’ve been getting doing the JRD Max program, so I tested it out on a couple workouts.

I was surprised to see more than 3,000 jumps. Yesterday I did the Jump Rope Cardio from month 2 and today the Cardio Ladder from month 3.

It is pretty cool to see the stats. I was worried my hands might not do well with the slightly larger handle, but they did fine.

Thinking I may start Shredded Ninja next week and track my progress with the AMP handles to see if I make gains in speed, power, streaks and jumps over time.

I do two small bounces between double unders. I’ve been trying to drop them but haven’t found my rhythm yet. I can at least keep my flow with the between bounces, but that certainly adds time and lessens recovery during EMOM workouts. I don’t have a solution-maybe others will-but I’m in your same boat.

Mostly the program. (There were a few times I walked at a quick pace for an hour in addition to my JRD workout.)
