My biggest struggle is to get my diet accurate. Some days I struggle with hunger because of the activities and in the weekends I overeat. I notice that on active days I can be disciplined, but on lazy days I get of the wagon 🫣. I can't seem to find the right calorie intake. My calorie intake is fluctuating and my activity level is also fluctuating. I can't find a good balance in losing weight and keep it off. Also how to adjust it when it isn't working. Am I eating enough, do I have to do a reverse diet or am I eating to many calories.

Marisol that's the only way. Keep the saturated fat's as low as you can. Use olive oil and not to much seed flowers oils (the snacks like cookies and chips) and don't go for all the protein products. These are a hype at the moment. They also are full of sugar, salt and saturated fats. Stick with the whole foods you recognize, like Dan said. You can make your own Mac and cheese with cottage cheese, chicken and a little bit of parmazan. Better than the pre cooked ones I assure you 😜

I see that you still used to fast carbs. My tip would be to change small things like where are the fast carbs. Whole grain pasta for the Mac and cheese and add more vegetables to that. So you can decrease the cheese saus which is full fat. I like to make mine with chicken and cauliflower. Ad fresh fruits to your yoghurt. With some chia seeds and oats. You get more fibers in and fresh whole fruits are better for you than the orange juice. To much sugar and no fiber. Your bowls sound great but go also for fresh salmon, chicken and turkey. These are very lean. Hope this helps you to get leaner and get your blood work better. If you need more advice just ask. I am 53 and I think I know what the better food choices are in a practical way.
