Linda Fitzpatrick I use the common whey protein powder. They are in different flavors. I now bought the unflavoured one, because of the sweeteners. I think natural sugars are better than the artificial ones. If you are vegan you could try the protein powders on a vegetable base like peas for instance. There are a lot of brands, so I don't know which are available for you.

I use the protein powder in my overnight oats, or mix it through my oat porridge and Greek yoghurt with fruits. I also take a serve of collageen in my morning coffee with oat milk.

With this I manage to get around 130 grams of protein during the day. Hope this helps 😊

JRD Power Calisthenics is a great workout routine. Finished week 1 and loving it so far. Like Michal said, I also missed your motivating talks. Now it's almost to easy 🫣

I hope you're getting inspiration for a new 3 month program with coaching (talk through the workouts) because they give you an extra kick 💪
