It sounds like a great retreat, sorry you had a cold. Not funny when your diving, hope you didn't had problems there. Enjoy the rest of your time there 😆

Jocelyn Ulevicus I will 😊 Stay tuned

Welcome 🤗

I did the Dumbell Program and that was 5 days in a row. It was very intense and some of the workouts were to heavy for my calf. I decided to take a break and work more on gaining muscle. But I miss the skipping, so I gradually are doing it again. Now two days a week, because of the break. After my holiday I want to do one of the programs again. Think you will like them to. Enjoy.

Totally agree Douglas Stewart . I also have those days, but still showing up. The progress jumps you notice after a rest period.

That's enough and when you progress in the program you will notice that everything get's more flexible. Also your jumping will improve. A tip from me is not to try to do all the 5 days in a row. That's a big challenge and you can get disappointed. I did the Plyo last year (September) and it took me three months to complete. I loved every workout from it. In January I joined the Dumbell Program and was able to do the workouts as planned. Enjoy your adventure 💪

Yes. I was surprised how much different it is, compared to the rope less. I have to build it up again.
