Regular jump is ok. If you just starting with jumprope you have to get in the flow and don't need to overthink it to much. So well done with your first workout 💪

I would take a rest day in between. Your body need to get used to the bouncing. You probably will be sore tomorrow and you don't want to get injured right away. Do some walking and foam rolling to relax the muscles 💪 But well done with your first jumprope session.
