Summer Shred officialy started 💪 I didn't manage to do the full minute of exercise, but I counted 10 than took a small brake and did the next 10 reps. Last year I skipped the first day of the week, but now I am going to do them. See if I can progress next four weeks. Have a nice week all.

This was my second jumprope workout. I went, back memory lane, because I did the dumbell workout on YouTube. This was the same workout I did repeatedly after my vacation. Got me hooked and I became member of JRD. Next week starts the challenge, I am ready.
I did the workout two times instead of recommended three times. Now I am feeling good and didn't want to overdo it. Saturday I can go for a longer version.
I noticed that my VO2max and endurance dropped over the past three months and that's not a good thing (for me). I want to go back. For me the jumprope workouts are the best!
✅ Set my goals to fat% of 30 (according to my scale) and 5 Kg down on weight. Hoping to reach this beginning of Oktober.

Did my first jumprope workout after the vacation. Man that was heavy, I feel heavy. I only did 5 minutes to see where I am at. After a good warm-up and bodyweight workout it was ok 👍 I need to get loose again for next week challenge. This was a good start of the week 💪

Good morning
This is my final train back home. It's finished with the cake, burgers and fish & chips 😂🤣
Tomorrow it's time to switch back to normal foods again and slowly get in the workout flow again. I didn't do any this past three weeks. Although I walked 26 K in Edinburgh, Did two mountain climbs and walked daily more than 12000 steps. I feel I have to start with mobility and stretching and than slowly start jumping again. So I will be ready for the Summer Shred Challenge 💪
Wish you all a nice weekend and #dothething

Are the results shared from the Dumbell Transformation Challenge? I think I missed that. Was looking forward to see who had the best results after the program. JRD Community Dudette

Did a fantastic walk at the Fairy Pools on the Isle of Skye. Rocky but not that far this time. A good warmup for the start of the day. Tomorrow we're headed to civilization again and more resting days planned. Just one week left 🥴 before the daily routine starts again. Have a nice weekend and #Dothething.

What's with all these mountains in Scotland 😂🤣? No flat walks here. Today we visited The Old Man of Store. Also with a lot of stairs and inclines to +400 meters.
But we did it again 💪
This is the cabin on The Isle of Skye with a great hot tub. This was extremely needed after the strenuous walk 😜

Climbing Ben Nevis. The largest mountain in the UK. Wow it was challenging and hard, but we came almost to the top. There was a lot of snow and the path was very slippery. Didn't reach the summit, just 1 Km short 🥴
But it was worth every step up. The hardest part was going down again. With the big bolder steps and lose gravel. My legs are tired, but further no issues. Even my knees did manage to do the job.
Looking forward to start a new program after the holiday. Because everything is going better and feeling better 💪

Hello all,
I had my first intensive hike today. We walked about 6 hours, with two small breaks, and almost 15 Km. But the climb was more than 700 meters. I am so proud of myself. The way up I was wondering how I would get down again 🥴 Most of these climbs I was hazitating where to put my feet. But now I walked down like a goat 😜 So funny how your mind works. I am very tired but this one is in the pocket. Unfortunately it was windy and raining on some points so we didn't reach the top. But it was a good warm up for Ben Nevis next Sunday 💪
Greetings from a sunny but colder Scotland.
