What is the definition of a 90 day program?
90 days equals 3 months of ? Weeks and 5 days workout 🤔
1 month is 30 or 31 days ( February 28 or 29 days)
1 month also has more than 4 weeks (aprox)
1 week is 7 days equals 28 days
5 workout days a week.
But how to get to 90 days?
6 weeks to get to 30 workoutdays multiply with 3 is 90 days.
In that case I am 4 weeks short already 🤣😂
Can I start with month three?

Today was the last 4K jumps of the Dumbell Program, which was really nice. Look how my endurance changed during the 2 months I'm doing this program. Still in red, but also improved 😜

Does anybody feel the same?
I"m pretty proud of myself being this consistent with this Dumbell Programm. Missed only three workouts so far. But I don"t know what my mind is doing to me: Every cardio workout I finish exhausted! I know that Dan is in my head all the way (airplugs), but it feels like I don't want to fail also. I think I'm on the right way to a new habit change 😜
Have a nice day, I could jump with the window open. No rain today ❤️

If you're thinking you're not making progress you will be surprised 😯
I'm adding a new habit to my daily routine. Walking 10.000 steps a day 💪 Today was the first day and when the day's are getting longer, I want to walk every night before bed. That will be somewhere next month. Practice rounds to get to that point 😉
I improved my VO2 Max again! In 7 weeks from 33 to 35. I'm so happy with all the improvements so far. This keeps me motivated and my weight- and fatloss will come in time.

Dan, thanks for your peptalk. I really need those to keep showing up. This month is more difficult then last month, but still Did The Thing. And you're right. You don't have to be motivated, just be there. Now I'm in the right spirit again for the next three days 💪

BAM! DID THE THING.
My first time to do the 4000 skip workout. I tried to keep up with Dan and used a jumprope app on my smartwatch. And guess what. I was able to keep up and the watch app also registered the amount of jumps. Now I am very sore, also from yesterday workout, but wow what a workout 💪
