It were an intense couple of weeks. I took the time to rest and recover. Did a strength workout last Friday and today I scheduled a Jumprope ladder from the Dumbell Program.
15, 30, 45, 60 sec of freestyle. O boy this was a awesome comeback to Jumprope. Hope to make a big jump in endurance and don't fall of the wagon again.

I had a long recovery time to heal my body and get the necessary rest. Today I did a normal strength full body workout with dumbbells. Just to get in the movement again.
Tomorrow I will try to do a full cardio Jumprope sessions 💪
Today I received a gift for myself. A Pull-up station for at home. It was a disappointed treatment, I had to send it back because the box was damaged and a part was missing 🥴
Amazon is happy to deliver it at home, but you have to bring it back to a pickup point. This was a workout on it's own 🤣
I am not sure if I still want one. Think I am good 🤔

Today I managed to get 9 hours recovery time just from working at my job 🤔 Never done that before. I didn't workout past three days because it would be to intense. Usually I prioritize my JRD workouts, now I had to do it with my job. I only need to work two days next week, so I have several free days for full recovery 🤞
Hopefully I can get a workout in again.

It's not my best period right now. A workout is to intensive, while 8 weeks ago it would be to easy 🫣 I don't feel sick so I think it is all with premenopause. Still frustrating. Because I feel so tired all the time and can't do the workouts the way I am used to. Hope this is just a small period of time and I can go forward again.
So I did W3D5 of Power Calisthenics today

Healthy eating isn't that difficult. It just needs a plan, a good prep for the week and you have something healthy ready to choose from.

Hello all,
It has been a stressful couple of weeks mentally. I wanted to do my workouts but my body didn't 🥴
I had to take a break and recover from all the stress. Today is a beautiful sunny day and a good start to get back in the habit of working out. So I went for a great walk. My speed was under 10 and my VO2 max is still on point. My endurance did drop a lot, but that will rise again after several Jumprope sessions.
A year ago I would be very disappointed, but now I know I can get in the groove again very quickly 💪
Good luck with the challenge. I will start at week 3 again 😆
