I have done day 2 of the new Power Calisthenics program. I didn't feel great and at the start I was thinking π€ I am not going to do all rounds. But guess what I finished the entire workout. Ok I did a small modification knowing I couldn't do the fast skip for one minute. I replaced it with run in place. I also didn't do one move two times in a row. I balanced it more for my wellbeing. The last two rounds went on automatic pilot and not thinking of what the rest of the day would bring πͺ

I can add a new skill to the list; A-Frame π with 1/2 robe it's harder, but I've tried. It's a great feeling how easily you can add more skills to your list, when your form is improving. also the number of pushups is increasing πͺStill from the knees but more then yesterday. It was a though one, but loved it also. Have a great week all with doing your thing.

This was a lazy Sunday with lot of sun. Maybe the last day this year π₯΄
But I did a 50K bikeride today instead of a workout. Tomorrow I will start the new program πͺ

I was early this morning and fancy a good healthy breakfast. So I made these protein rich wafels. Also great for meal prep.

I was hoping for bigger results but it's not all in the numbers is it π€ I feel great, more agile, better endurance. My weight dropt just 0,5 kg and /lost 3 cm only at the legs. It's difficult to measure always on the right spot. I noticed that my clothes are less thight, so it must be better.
I start the new program Monday πͺ looking forward to that.

I have been jumping past days π
1:4:3, 4 and 5 done β
JRD Max I didn't had the time to make a selfie every day. I eat breakfast before the workout, so everything is later during the morning. I also have to prep for work, so have to rush some days.
But here is a selfie from today. Still smiling because I finished the first month of JRD Max. It took a long time before I jumped into this program, thinking it wasn't the right fit. Now I think differently πͺ Just some modifications and not put the level to high I worked myself through it. Looking for month 2. Maybe the September challenge first if it starts next week π
Tomorrow I will be measuring and charing my first month results.

I am always in the temptation to go fast hoping the time will goes fast also, but that isn't the case .... π€£π
