I strongly believe I start to lose more fat on my back ond weist at the moment. Don't know if that's all about the pushups, pull ups and chin ups in this Program. It works for me πŸ’ͺ

Waiting for my heart rate to drops down. Measuring my recovery heart rate after the 1:3:2 JRD Max workout. My Max heart rate was 162 bpm, and dropped down with 51 bpm. That's an awesome result I think πŸ€”

I am starting to feel more strength in my upper body. I added a weighted leg workout to the plan. Did the first yesterday and it was awesome, so I am going to keep that as a day 6 workout. I have the feeling that in my daily routine, two resting/ recovery days are to much. I think I can make some more muscle now πŸ’ͺ

It's getting warmer. Tomorrow we can touch the 35 degrees Celsius in the Netherlands. Luckily for me the pushup ladder isn't that intense compared to today's workout. Still sweaty and out of breath 😜

Because of family issues I had to skip yesterday. I realize it shouldn't be as forced, doing 5 days in a row. Just keep on it and a day in between is ok πŸ‘

Week 2 started πŸ’ͺ
It's warm without any breeze. Luckily I had lot of resting times in this workout. Tried to do the pushup from a bench, instead of the knees. It is better to make progress. I managed to do 5, but couldn't come down completely. Have to work on that first.

I am exhausted 😜
😲 Pushups are not my best friend. Jumping was easy, but those pushups were though. I could do only 2 from the knees. I manage to do them the right way now. The hardest part is the push up again. When I am tired I feel my but has some issues with gravety. What can I do to improve my core stability. I squeeze my glutes and abs, but when I go up they kind of loose the squeeze. So down goes better than up πŸ€”
