I use the Jumprope app from Garmin. It does it's job 🤗 If you want to jump 4K for instance.

That's great 👍 Good luck

Looking forward to this boost in the community. I skip this challenge and start week 3 of the Power Calisthenics tomorrow. But still have the same goals. Staying consistent, loosing fat and gaining mustle 💪 All the best to everyone #dothething

Know the feeling. Also had to stop for a week. Yesterday it didn't feel right. But today I could do the workout. I'll do one of the cardio sessions from week two tomorrow. Thuesday I take a rest day and start week three on Wednesday again. Hope you can join me again and feel better soon. Take care.

In this video are some writing mistakes. Saying 1/2 Lb, but in the notes and overlay is mentioned the 1/4 Lb JRD Community Dudette 😉

THIS IS A GOOD ONE 👍
I finished week 2 of the Power Calisthenics ✅💪
It felt so much better as day 4 last week. I was able to do 8 pushups from the knees..
Very happy to be back 😜

Do you know that feeling you have to start all over again?
My last week was horrible. Busy at work and feeling exhausted because lack of sleep. My HRV was unbalanced and I decided to skip some workouts. It ended up with a whole week of workouts and I still aren't stimulated to start again. My legs hurted so much, that I am stalling my next workout 🥴
I have a week off now so feeling motivated to start again. But today I didn't. I did some gardening. I hope I get my energy back to start again 🤞
Wish you all a nice weekend and #dothething 💪
