I did a hole Program and went to the other. Now I choose some favorites and combine them with strength training days.

I think you will. This one is my favorite so far. I managed to complete it in the beginning of last year. Now I am only doing the 1, 3 en 5th dat, skipping the cardio sessions. I am in menopause and have to be careful not to overdo it and take enough rest time. So far it's going as planned πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

Yes I did the thing and started the Dumbell Program again πŸ’ͺ

I planned this two weeks ago. But got sick again 😩

Feeling much better now. So started today with M1W1D1.

Tomorrow rest day and see how it goed on Wednesday for day three. Planning to skip the cardio sessions and adding two strenght trainings instead. I want to get in the flow again of 5 workouts a week βœ…
