I would have skipped the croissants, but the rest looks great. Missing some veggies. 😜 Counting calories when you don't know what you're eating in weights is very difficult. Just be practical and choose the right foods. Fruits. Veggies and protein and hole grains for the carbs.

There are alternatieve exercises you can do to train the same muscle groups. Push-up is a great one off course, but also a Dumbell row is also great. You can Google it and you get great alternatives. I am also not able to do the pull ups, but notice that I am getting there by getting stronger every day. If you can go to the park once a week to do a dead hang, it is a great starting point.

New starting point πŸ‘‰

It's been a while and I want to get in shape again. Feeling my best again. Loose some fat and weight again.

Planning to start tomorrow with the first month of the Dumbell Program. Skipping the cardio sessions in between and starting slowly. Hope I can get back in the workout flow and getting consistent again. πŸ™πŸ€ž

It's the High Intensity that's breaking me up πŸ₯΄ looking for the right frequency and intensity now. So I can improve my endurance and stamina again

Did my first jump rope session in months 😲

It was incredible. Listened to your advice to start slow and easy. Just 15 sec, 30 sec rest at the end of my mobility workout. Hope this is the beginning of more πŸ™πŸ€ž
