I've got a dilemma. Didn't stick around the last few months. I had a lot of stress, sickness and had a burn-out. So I stopped with jumping rope. I did strength training, because that was less high intensity and did my walks. I struggle to go jumping again, thinking I get stressed out again. Could jumping rope being an addition for just two days a week or even one day? How would you incorporate it, so it isn't a stressor for the body?

Happy Birthday 🎂 🎈

Abby For the Netherlands I could speed up delivery for an extra fee for the carrier. I choosed the normal delivery and it was worth waiting. But you don't need a fancy rope to excersice 😜 just #dothething

I have invested in the Crossrope ropes. I had speed ropes, but didn't feel save with them. The Crossrope ropes have a outside that also hurts, but less. I have the Lean set and that's working for most of the workout programs. I wanted to jump indoors, so I also have the ropeless set and I still use this set. The real jump ropes are more intense workouts, because you can't cheat with the jumping. But I still have a intens workout with the ropeless. For me it's an investment spend well.

Yes it was a great experience. The whole process from start to finish of the painting and finally received great feedback of the judges.

I am starting to get back in, but also taking my time not to rush. Thanks for your great feedback 👍

It's not the point where you start from, it is how you progress and feel good in your body. Great your joining the JRD Community. Love being part of it and hope you're going to feel the same.

Bryan Watkins think of what is more important for you. Losing the 10 pound and stick to it and occasionally enjoy a glass of wine on special moments. Or is the glass of wine more important to you and there is something else you can leave from your diet. I have heard that not drinking alcohol is a game changer for better performance and better sleep 🤔 Try to skip it for a few weeks and see what's it doing for you. Maybe you don't need to drink it after that again 😉

First bike ride of the year 💪

Awesome spring weather today to spend outdoors. Slowly improving my endurance again. It was a very productive workout. Gradually adding more intense workouts again. Hope I can start skipping soon again.

Have a nice Sunday all doing the thing ✅

I have done both and go for the after breakfast now. I noticed I can do a more intense workout after eating. Test both and find what works for you. Every body is different and also the circumstances 💪
