I strongly believe I start to lose more fat on my back ond weist at the moment. Don't know if that's all about the pushups, pull ups and chin ups in this Program. It works for me πŸ’ͺ

Joe De Luca thanks, I think so too. It's incredible how it is going. Big leaps are happening right now.

Waiting for my heart rate to drops down. Measuring my recovery heart rate after the 1:3:2 JRD Max workout. My Max heart rate was 162 bpm, and dropped down with 51 bpm. That's an awesome result I think πŸ€”

Welcome Melly πŸ€—

We had a Summer Shred Challenge in June. There were a lot of posts about how everyone was doing. At the moment everyone is taking a break from all the excitement πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

In September there is a new Challenge announced with new videos. I think the Community will explode again when that's starting. So embrace yourself for that 😜πŸ’ͺ

Have a great day too 😊

Sorry to read this. When I started with Jumprope I also had issues with my legs. I was very careful, because I didn't want to end up with bigger injuries. So I started my fitness journey with more stretching and mobility kind of workouts. I did some Jumprope, but it took me half a year before I could do a full jumping workout. Even today I still do a active warmup and do always foamrolling my calf's, before I start a workout. I am 52 and was overweighted (still some kilo's to go) but now I am feeling great after every workout.

My advice is to go slow, do enough stretching, good warm-up and foamrolling before every workout.

Hope you recover well and can enjoy jump roping again β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή

I think your step ups are also a good exersize for your goal. The press is a nice addition, you also could do with the step up, after you are in balance. It is ok to modify, but see if you work the same muscle groups. You need some rest between the workouts πŸ˜‰
