Restday for me. So I went for a early morning walk. I am back on the VO2max from before my holiday. Took me three weeks 💪
Now still have to loose the extra weight again. I went back on my regular diet routine. I started Jumprope training and left the weight training which I was doing before my holiday. Also didn't walk as much the past three weeks. Still figuring out where I can improve to kickstart the weight loss again. Any ideas 💡?

Know what you mean. I have a extended warmup in front of the workout which helps me to survive the excersises. After the workout I have to climb down the stairs and feel my knees also 🥴

That's what I also noticed, even more than the Winter challenge. Love the vibes giving that and also keeps you motivated, because you are not alone.

W2D3 done 👍
This one was almost easy peasy, still sweaty and tired. But it was a fine workout. A little bit later on the day with enough rest time. I feel energized and argyle in the legs.I know what you ment Kari Hayward 😜
Tomorrow rest day and then the last two of the week 💪
