Sorry, didn't do these. What I have heard a lot are very positive about the JRD Max. After the Summer Shred I am also going to do the JRD Max. Maybe see a video of both programs to see which gives you the best vibes.

W1D2 done. A sweaty one 😀 Man I have improved past 6 months. I can do the but kick and high knees with proper form now. Love it 😍

Carl Harrower if you stay consistent, you will with the dumbells. If you reach your limit you could increase or start with resistance bands. There are some YT videos how to use them with dumbells 😜

Summer Shred officialy started 💪 I didn't manage to do the full minute of exercise, but I counted 10 than took a small brake and did the next 10 reps. Last year I skipped the first day of the week, but now I am going to do them. See if I can progress next four weeks. Have a nice week all.

I see that most of the man start with 5 kg. Dan uses 15 lb and 25 lb in the Dumbell workout. I started with 3,5 Kg and increased to 5 and later 7,5 Kg. I also have 10 Kg Dumbells. You can also use resistence bands later on. Hope this helps.
