I would do some recovery for the shoulder and alternative workouts for lower body. When my shoulder is healed I gradually would start jumping again. Last year I had problems with my calf and had to stop the program and heal. I jumped right into where I was left of. It is no must to follow the program on the exact way described. You can tweak it for yourself and take a break if needed.

This was my second jumprope workout. I went, back memory lane, because I did the dumbell workout on YouTube. This was the same workout I did repeatedly after my vacation. Got me hooked and I became member of JRD. Next week starts the challenge, I am ready.
I did the workout two times instead of recommended three times. Now I am feeling good and didn't want to overdo it. Saturday I can go for a longer version.
I noticed that my VO2max and endurance dropped over the past three months and that's not a good thing (for me). I want to go back. For me the jumprope workouts are the best!
✅ Set my goals to fat% of 30 (according to my scale) and 5 Kg down on weight. Hoping to reach this beginning of Oktober.

JRD Max is without dumbells and also the Power Plyo. The workouts of the Plyo are also used in the Challenge next week, so you can join that one als well. For the time being you could use a YouTube video from the app. There are several without dumbells. Really frustrating when your in the flow and your gear breaks. Good luck

Did my first jumprope workout after the vacation. Man that was heavy, I feel heavy. I only did 5 minutes to see where I am at. After a good warm-up and bodyweight workout it was ok 👍 I need to get loose again for next week challenge. This was a good start of the week 💪
