Joe De Luca It felt like I was lazy and my legs hurt. I eat to many bad stuff and gained 3 Kg of weight. 🀞It is gone in three weeks πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ Did my first mobility session today.

Start Monday with the workouts again. Putting me back in the flow again.

Good morning
This is my final train back home. It's finished with the cake, burgers and fish & chips πŸ˜‚πŸ€£
Tomorrow it's time to switch back to normal foods again and slowly get in the workout flow again. I didn't do any this past three weeks. Although I walked 26 K in Edinburgh, Did two mountain climbs and walked daily more than 12000 steps. I feel I have to start with mobility and stretching and than slowly start jumping again. So I will be ready for the Summer Shred Challenge πŸ’ͺ
Wish you all a nice weekend and #dothething
