Last year I participated in a television contest and was one of the finalists. Last Sunday was the broadcast of the show. Some of you were interested, so this is me with the painting. I didn't win, but it was a great experience.

Here you can find more info: https://degezonkenmeesters.nl/ My episode was 5.

I have been off the wagon for a while now. Struggling with fatigue and getting the flu two times. Last week I took a extra free week from work to take maximum of rest. Last Thursday I started with walking, stretching and low intensity workouts. Just to get in the habit of moving again. It is so frustrating not to be able to sport. I also realized that I was putting to much pressure in wanting to perform for myself. Maybe that was also the issue of my fatigue, doing to much. Recovery time is evenly important as you all know.

So to keep a long story short. More balance in my activities and enough rest time for recovery. Still hoping to do a proper pushup and my first pull up this year 💪

I haven't found the balance with that. Not that I have that much activities in the week 😜 We usually go for a week with 7 days. I now plan for days not weeks. My weekends are different from my working days. Not a week is the same and resting days are also changing. Hope this helps.

I recommend the Dumbell Program. I did this one last year and was very progressive for gaining muscle and stability. It is not to high intensity, so good for beginners 💪

Thanks 😊
