Recovering from a second influenzavirus this year. So frustrating not to feel healthy 🥴
Took a walk this morning, because we have sunny but fresh weather right now. Also tried a nasal dilator, to improve my nose breathing. When I excersice I breath a lot through my mouth.

Hope I can start the dumbell program soon 🤞

You can't. You also need the membership from Crossrope for it. Unfortunately 🥴

That's why I didn't invest in the handels. But I believe it's worth the money, because you really challenge yourself to set new PB's. A lot of members have the handels and membership and are working out heren 💪👍

You have to build it up. So the beginner workouts are already very intens if you never jumped before. I started also straight in. Took me several months to get in the right flow. So take your time and jump shorter and build it up.

How about inverted rows? I have seen them doing them under a table and pulling themselves up 🤔

Is it an idea to stop editing background music in the video's? Just for new program's?
