Cool, I did think it would be too soon. I’m just doing the 5x30sec repeat twice think it’s the first day on the 7day challenge to get me used to it, just seems like I can’t build my stamina to complete the 30s, hence why I thought maybe daily would help πŸ₯²

Have you any videos on how to start push ups as a beginner? Tried doing them normal and way too hard for me πŸ₯² would like to know how I can start from scratch too full push ups
