Checked my weight before doing JRD DB round 2 M1W1D4 (Total Cardio):82.2kg
Checked my weight afterwards: 81.2kg
Knocked off 1 whole kg after 1 workout!
I like JRD. I have more muscle mass after finishing the DB program once, so the cardio is much harder than it was, last round.
What I like about the DB Program, is it balances well weight training and cardio. The perfect combo.

I had the same issue when I first started jumping rope. Your calves need time to recover but when you recover you will feel more springiness in your skip as your muscles will have developed. It seems you have micro-tears in your calves.
